PUBLIC NOTICE: SUMP PUMP DISCHARGE REQUIREMENT
April 14, 2026
To All Residents and Business owners,
To help protect our sanitary sewer system and prevent unnecessary overflows or treatment issues, all sump pumps must be discharged outside of the home or business and must NOT be connected to the sanitary sewer system.
Effective immediately:
Why this is important:
Excess water from sump pumps can overload the wastewater system, leading to backups, increased treatment cost, and potential environment concerns.
What you need to do:
Failure to comply may result in further action as required by local ordinances.
If you have questions or need guidance, please contact the Fish Creek Sanitary District / Operations Manager at (920) 421-5550 cell or (920) 868-3372 office

Thank you for your cooperation in protecting our community’s infrastructure.
Sincerely,
David L Alberts / Operations Manager
